The one that I got so fed up with studying for? Today was the day of truth if I passed or not.
I had a kinda mixed feeling since everyone - except one - I talked to after the exam told me that you could not split up the two incidents at the end which made up a case of battery and assault. The problem though was that one part of that incident was self-defense while the other wasn't and if you didn't split it up, the guy would have been given a much higher sentence in the end. So I did split it up which I was told by the other students I talked to was a grave mistake.
So I just got my exam back. Usually they pin the certificate on the front. I didn't have one up front..... uh oh, mixed feelings. I didn't pass. On my way home, I read through the whole thing and on my last page it said "congratulations, you were one of the few who rightfully split up the battery and assault charges." And I just thought. well dammit then, where is my certificate! LOL They had pinned it at the back behind the printout of the detailed revision of my exam. D'Oh. Passed the bugger with 16 out of 19 points. YAY!
