I've been tagged by [profile] teskafuture. Yikes, I was never asked with fics of mine I like best, only ever which vids, this is gonna be hard....

WRITER'S MEME: Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of the top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.

I will post these in no particular order, just the top five :)

- Emotions Are Part Of The Package (NC-17, Farscape) This was the very first real Farscape fic I ever wrote. I took out John and Aeryn to play - literally. It was my way to see if I can identify enough with the characters to write them true to what we all know about them.

- Jarheads and Squids (G, JAG) Just  because I like to write little kids ;)

- Cyberpostings (G, Silk Stalkings). It's a weird little thing. Years and years ago (this one dates back to either 1999 or 2000 I think), there was a group of us called the Evil 4, Mary, Yolie, Kim and I. I lost track of two of the Evil 4, though I am *still* in contact with one of them. Anyways, we all moved on from that fandom and went our own way. Like I said, I lost track of 2 of the Evil 4 until about a couple years ago when I joined an online forum for Farscape and found one of the Evil 4 again! For my TF'ers, the Yolie character in that story is actually Yolanda aka johnaeryn4ever from TF!. Small, small world!

- Otherwise Engaged (NC-17, JAG) Just cause it's a bittersweet story that probably does not have the ending most people would expect. It's not your "happily ever after" kind of story (and on a note, if anyone wants to read, there's a password on this one. user: season10 pass: herewecome )

- Shadow of a Sun (PG-13, Farscape) If I EVER get that stupid story typed in - cause it is damn finished on paper! What I like most about it though is the fact that it's SciFi, and while I can do basically anything with the characters cause they are in outer space, this one has such a human touch to it, it's almost frightening.

That's it, 5 fics :) Now I have to tag 5 more people.... gotta remember who writes fic on my flist, ack! So I am going to tag..... [personal profile] lizamanynames, [profile] ltgarrix,   [personal profile] bugchicklv, [profile] twichie and [personal profile] shadadukal.

Yea! You did it! *grin* Oh, and I love the Jarheads and Squids. I miss my JAG. That was a good show.

While I do think JAG ran way much longer than it should have and the ending was absolutely horrible, yeah, I miss it.... *sigh*

Oh yeah...though, I was just happy that there was a happy ending...sorta. *laugh*

Hey, the creator was threatening to give us nothing at all! After 10 years, I was taking what I could get. *hehe*

From: [identity profile] teskafuture.livejournal.com

Oh, he definitely could. Completely agree with you there. I'm just saying it was better than nothing, which is what he was threatening to do. *grin*

He would have never done nothing. He was just fed up with fans telling him what to do with the show, so he went out and told press that he hadn't made up his mind yet. From the beginning it was that those two would not get together until the very end of the show, and he stuck with that. I know his fan liaison person which he hired early on cause there were some pretty rigid fans out there. I think in the end, he just wanted to get over with it. I know Donald Bellisario basically pulled out of the show around season 8 and concentrated more on NCIS - and because he just didn't want to deal with the aggresive fans anymore. And honestly, if it was my show, I would get pretty annoyed as well by "shipper" fans who are trying to tell me where the show has to go. Honestly, I got to know one of those "fans", and she flat out told me she could not be my friend because I liked Brumby. And then she continued to tell me that I also could not tell me a Harm/Mac shipper either because if I were, I would loathe Brumby. Hello? WTF! I can still like a character!

BTW.... this one was taken in David Bellisario's office (nice color! LOL He actually took the pic because he didn't want to be in front of the camera....) http://www.jag-online.de/fanfest2002/images/mb-autograph.jpg

and just cause I teased [livejournal.com profile] hollywoodgrrl with this pic the other week....

I sent you a pm on TF..... did you not get it? They were a bit wonky yesterday, Vicki also didn't receive a few I sent.

From: [identity profile] rhoboat.livejournal.com

Weird. Haven't gotten any yet. You can always email me, rhoboat@ almost-every-free-email-out-there will probably work. Although, I haven't checked yahoo in months. Or just go through my website. =D

Sammy, do you get to meet everybody?!

I like Brumby, except when he annoyed me. *laugh* And even though I was a Harm/Mac shipper, Bud was my favorite since he liked Star Trek, so we were kindred spirits. Especially when I found out they named their kid James Kirk, and Harriet had no idea what that meant until it was too late. *hehe* Oh, and Mikey...I always looked forward to updates of Bud's little brother! *hehe*

I wouldn't say everybody..... though I've met quite a few people I must say LOL

You know, Harriet on the show was named after Harriet, the lady who was the fan liaison for JAG. She's been working for Donald Bellisario for AGES! I think since the 60s. So he named a character after her :)

Oh God, Bud and his ST addiction.... I wrote a fic about that once LOLOLOL I never put that one online though. If I still have it, I'll post it for you.

From: [identity profile] teskafuture.livejournal.com

You certainly have met quite a few! That is very cool.

I didn't know that about Harriet. That's a interesting story. I love learning back history on a show.

A fanfic about Bud and his Star Trek? I hope it wasn't teasing him too much, because I always felt bad for poor Bud. *hehe* Can't wait to read it!

Ack, *I* have to do this now? *ponders, ponders, ponders...*

It's actually been finished for quite awhile, but I have so many pages of paper (I'd say at least up to 100) that I need to type in and I hate typing in from paper!
