I've been tagged by
teskafuture. Yikes, I was never asked with fics of mine I like best, only ever which vids, this is gonna be hard....
WRITER'S MEME: Sometimes it's ok to pimp yourself out. Post a list of the top five favorite fics you've written, regardless of fandom or the reason you love them. This isn't about the BEST things you've written, but what you LOVE most. Then tag five other people to do the same.
I will post these in no particular order, just the top five :)
- Emotions Are Part Of The Package (NC-17, Farscape) This was the very first real Farscape fic I ever wrote. I took out John and Aeryn to play - literally. It was my way to see if I can identify enough with the characters to write them true to what we all know about them.
- Jarheads and Squids (G, JAG) Just because I like to write little kids ;)
- Cyberpostings (G, Silk Stalkings). It's a weird little thing. Years and years ago (this one dates back to either 1999 or 2000 I think), there was a group of us called the Evil 4, Mary, Yolie, Kim and I. I lost track of two of the Evil 4, though I am *still* in contact with one of them. Anyways, we all moved on from that fandom and went our own way. Like I said, I lost track of 2 of the Evil 4 until about a couple years ago when I joined an online forum for Farscape and found one of the Evil 4 again! For my TF'ers, the Yolie character in that story is actually Yolanda aka johnaeryn4ever from TF!. Small, small world!
- Otherwise Engaged (NC-17, JAG) Just cause it's a bittersweet story that probably does not have the ending most people would expect. It's not your "happily ever after" kind of story (and on a note, if anyone wants to read, there's a password on this one. user: season10 pass: herewecome )
- Shadow of a Sun (PG-13, Farscape) If I EVER get that stupid story typed in - cause it is damn finished on paper! What I like most about it though is the fact that it's SciFi, and while I can do basically anything with the characters cause they are in outer space, this one has such a human touch to it, it's almost frightening.
That's it, 5 fics :) Now I have to tag 5 more people.... gotta remember who writes fic on my flist, ack! So I am going to tag.....

I like Brumby, except when he annoyed me. *laugh* And even though I was a Harm/Mac shipper, Bud was my favorite since he liked Star Trek, so we were kindred spirits. Especially when I found out they named their kid James Kirk, and Harriet had no idea what that meant until it was too late. *hehe* Oh, and Mikey...I always looked forward to updates of Bud's little brother! *hehe*

You know, Harriet on the show was named after Harriet, the lady who was the fan liaison for JAG. She's been working for Donald Bellisario for AGES! I think since the 60s. So he named a character after her :)
Oh God, Bud and his ST addiction.... I wrote a fic about that once LOLOLOL I never put that one online though. If I still have it, I'll post it for you.

I didn't know that about Harriet. That's a interesting story. I love learning back history on a show.
A fanfic about Bud and his Star Trek? I hope it wasn't teasing him too much, because I always felt bad for poor Bud. *hehe* Can't wait to read it!
