I finally sat down to finish this Farscape vid which has been sitting on my harddrive since October. It's about damn time. Anyways, I have done a lot of Doctor Who vids lately and a lot of audio editing for the Scapecast in Vegas and that was program was ever so lovely to work with. But once I open the Farscape vid - it turns into an evil software incarnation of the devil. It's down to a crawl, vid screen preview takes about 15 seconds for ONE frame, and it crashes like maybe every 20 minutes. Farscape vid, Farscape clips. Thought maybe my Vegas was buggy, so I opened the DW vid I am currently working on. Oh my, that so works like a charm. No lagging, no freezing, no crashing.

I think Vegas hates Farscape!

That's a real bummer. I have had Vegas flip out a bit when I use a clip procured a certain way, but not to that degree. I hope it sorts itself out. Maybe the Farscape gods are upset that you took so long? LOL

*hugs*

Your icon is exactly how I feel right now. I wonder why Vegas doesn't like the Farscape clips cause they are both mpeg ripped from DVD. It has never done this before to me :(

Okay, I'm so evil, but I was feeling bad for you until I got to...so I opened the DW vid I am currently working on....and then all my sympathy flew out the window in excitement for me that there is another one on the way. *grin* Though, truly, I understand when a program is slow as molasses, so I do feel bad for your Farscape vid. *grin*

Oh, the DW vid is waiting for a few DVDs to come in..... It's actually a DT vid, so to speak. And a damn embarrassing on top of that. Not for DT, but for me! LOL

If I EVER put that online. Last time I did a vid like that for an actor, he actually ended up seeing it and I would have loved to just die right there on the spot.

ROFL! It must have been quite a compliment though. Okay, maybe you can put it up for a limited time only where only a select few can find it?

*sigh* Alright, if you want to be selfish and keep David all to yourself, since someone is evidently shipping him right to you...*laugh*...guess there is nothing I can do about it. *grin*

LOL

No, I have to confess, I sent the other vid to a convention. I never thought they would pick it. But they did. As an introduction vid for Ben Browder. I sat right there in first row and I was turning this shade of bright red.... People around me were rolling on the floor laughing and I just sank down in my chair, getting smaller and smaller and smaller. Like half of the people in that room knew me. That was quite embarrassing. But then, my own fault, right?

Oh my...indeed, that would be quite embarrassing, and no one to blame but yourself! *hehe* Did you at least get to meet him because of this?

Yeah, I did. And I think he might have gotten the impression from the vid that I might have a minor obsession with his leather clad butt.............. And then he took a copy of the vid home on DVD to show his wife and kids! ARGH!

Oh, she loves that kind of stuff. She goes online to look at pretty pics of her hubby all the time when he's off filming LOL She's a pretty good sport. A couple years ago I had these drawings I made of Ben and I wanted him to sign one but I couldn't decide which one. Stupid me asked his wife which one would be more appropriate. I had a full body shot and a close up of the face with incredible blue eyes. She said the full body shot would be better. And then asked if she could take the blue eyed face version home cause she thought it was absolutely lovely. I stood there like, HUH?

ROFL! Well, it's good that she's such a good sport. But I guess she's got a right to, she gets to take him home and no one else does. *laugh*
