I feel like I have crossed the path into the smutty part of this world.... I am working on a vid for Secret Diary of a Call Girl and I swear to God - I think I am editing a porn movie! I guess it also doesn't help that the song I chose is very suggestive as well... but man - they showed this stuff on public TV!

It took me a few episodes to remember that I wasn't watching Rose, I was watching Billie Piper and she was over 21.

Over here it's only been on Showtime so it's a pay channel here. It wasn't a pay channel in the UK?

Well, ITV isn't a pay channel as far as I know. It's a cable channel, but not a pay channel...

We just had a discussion in class today about how in the US you need to bleep curse words if they are not on pay channels and I kept thinking, dude..... look what the British put on! LMAO

I'm not sure, I didn't think anything was too explicit in the show. An R would probably be fine.

ETA: then again, the songs suggestiveness could... make it more nc-17ish

I am still surprised something like SDOACG was shown on public TV.... my DVD has a 18 rating! Something like that would have never made it onto public TV here, not even at 10PM, sheesh. I wonder if the eps are cut on Showtime....

I know they wouldn't show anything like that on public television here either. I think they're showing them in their entirety on Showtime, but that is an extra channel you have to pay for.
