Don't piss me off when I am grumpy AKA my turn to harrass the HRS clone on YT

I woke up totally grumpy this morning (yeah, nice start) because some idiot called my cell at 7AM and woke me (unlisted number, no idea who it was. No one in my family though). Since I was really really grumpy, I decided it was my turn to leave a nice but poignant message for humansrsuperior's clone on YT. I have no idea if the message got through, but we'll see. It also didn't help that my CJ classes started again yesterday and the first topic covered was identity theft..... I left a comment on the Chris Reeve Superman vid. I was limited to 500 characters, so this is kinda short.... Pasted below.

 

The EFF was contacted and is in process of sending YT a copyright infringement claim against you for stealing intellectual property covered under the CCL. Charges are still pending, but will be filed with local law enforcement on Oct. 29. Should this account still be active at that point, YT will disclose your personal data and EFF will track you and file copyright infringement and identity theft claims against you. Identify Theft is a Class C felony and results in jail time between 2 and 8 yrs

 

I know I can be a pretty good liar at times.... I have to say so, the last time someone plagiarized me, the moment I said I was gonna contact an attourney, the videos were gone from YT, even those that were claimed to be "undeletable due to a YT error".

If one of you has a YT account that has not been used yet to leave comments on any of the vids (as in definitely isn't blocked yet) you may want to send this message as a comment on the Chris Reeve video as well. Comments are not blocked, they are just screened for prior approval, so the clone will get them.

And the only thing I actually lied about was the the EFF filing a copyright infringement claim.... cause your editing is covered under the CLL (Creative Commons Licence) and that person is committing identity theft and identity theft is indeed a class c felony that results in jail time between 2 and 8 years plus a heft fine between $10,000 and $100,000.

So far there was no reaction from the user, not even an insulting personal message though I have not blocked the user. I wonder if the message was read..... if yes, looks like somebody may be genuinely shocked LOL
