larissa_j sent me this song a while back with the sole intent for me to make a Ten/Rose shipper vid out of it. A Ten/Rose shipper vid it is. Yup. Definitely :) That's about the single thing that describes this vid from beginning to end. It's season 3 mixed in with season 2 (or vice versa LOL). Hope you enjoy it!

larissa_j sent me this song a while back On a technical note, I have been asked several times how much time I spend on making a vid. I never timed myself before, but I did for this vid. Over the course of several days (make that over a week....), I spent a total of 78 hours on vidding this song. This does not include the render time for this video, which ended up being close to 3 hours due to the fact that the season 2 clips in this vid are run through a special effects pack that tremendously slows down a render.

0:16-0:30 *wibble* I hate it when Doomsday clips can still reduce me to wibbling and if anything could do it, it’s clips to this song.
0:52 Perfect “I went to places where, I could forget your name” Clips from 42 AND SP. I never thought I’d be so happy that they’d use the same color orange for the space suits. The forget your name line works here. And that Voice over? Kill me dead.
1:11 I think I’m gonna cry. TRB footage. I am always a sucker for TRB but combine that with flashbacks from TCI and it’s completely unfair. It's okay, I like it when you're unfair.
1:37 “The Skys are Blue Again” I wondered how you were going to do that. Working with the lighting in the TARDIS from NE is perfect! Gorgeous. I’ve got chills!
And I’ll just do a huge flail over the Journal of Impossible Things mixed with footage from TCI. * FLAIL*
At about 2:00 the mix of RotC clips and TSC are so powerful. That look combined with your footage makes you believe he was thinking about Rose.
2:13 The EoD and SP Footage. I am so glad this made it in here. DiM/EoD are two of the episodes I think of when I think of this song. My poor S3 emo!Doctor, ready to throw himself infront of Daleks and the like. *pets Doctor*
2:37 LotTL footage. Ah the other episode I think of when I think of this song. “I’ve been stripped of everything, except some flesh that bleeds” The way the LotTL clip has been worked in with the Doomsday footage and the lyrics is beautiful. I want to cry.
2:49 The Doctor Crying. “Except a soul that needs, you sweet you” with the TIL overlay and “I’m on my way" voice over from TIL. *wibble* Yes, very much yes!
The” I love you” from the Doctor at the end. How did you do that?

Gah, that so needed to be in there. Was a bitch to edit out Ten's joyous reply that she's not dead though.... that would have totally ruined that moment LOL

Oh.... I never thought about the blue coloring, I took a more interpretive approach to the blue skies. As in blue skies = happy times. The blue tint was just a nice side effect that got totally lost on me *laugh*

The clips were actually somewhere else before and I reworked them to the line you though they'd fit to and it worked out quite nicely there as well. Even better than where they were before, hehehehe.

Again, your suggestion :) At least for the LOTTL clips. Worked quite nicely merging both of them together. The voice over was a last minute addition cause I thought the TIL clips were missing something.
The” I love you” from the Doctor at the end. How did you do that?
Uhm...... that's from a non DW source *laugh* It's from one of the audio books that DT reads, I think The Adventures of Luther Arkwright. That so had to go in there, no doubt!

All the coloring in Sing for Absolution, Broken, My One Mistake (of mine; I can't even list jag's she uses them so much) are from said special effects pack. They are lovely crayons to have. =D If youz wantz I can upload the DL for ya, if jag can't. =]
