Some time ago, I actually contemplated about going to Blackpool. However, plans fell through. Now I am actually damn glad they fell through because I know I probably would have been absolutely disappointed!

rhoboat and I listened to the Illuminations on the radio last night. God, so many squeeing girls! And I think they said there were about 50,000 people there (yikes!). What was quite funny was that I somehow seemed to be about a minute ahead of rho, so when David was already off stage for me, he was still battling Daleks for rho LOL Anyways, he was like, on stage, said hi, turned on lights - and was off again. I think the whole thing was maybe 5 minutes. Okay, might have been some more, but not even 10. I would have been totally disappointed if I had spent a heap of money on a trip to Blackpool and then all I got was 10 minutes. I rather spend my money on the RSC instead....
