Well, if you go to the user profile, it lists my website under website as theirs.... it has been like that for a few weeks, but I didn't think it was worth getting upset over since at least s/he didn't plagiarize me again....

Hi, saw your entry about this in vidding and commented on the YT entry. I'm curious - when you've contacted this person in the past and the person removed it, did s/he give any reasons/excuses for having done this? How does this person not realize that the same folks in the DW fandom will run across this on your site AND possibly catch it on YT as well?

Well, the first time that person said s/he didn't know it was wrong and was sorry so my friend, humansrsuperior helped her getting started using WMM. The result of that was that the next day, that user had slaughtered 6 of our vids and had combined them into one new vid. Again, we both told that person that was not right to do, s/he said she didn't know and was sorry - yada yada yada. A few weeks later, another vid of mine uploaded, and s/he again butchered a couple of mine and three of my friend's vids and made a new out of it. We left comments, got banned, sent personal messages, no replies. I actually also sent the user personal emails because they left their name, email and IP when they registered for the message board on my website. I've banned the IP range since and I think the person can't get on anymore since none of our newer vids are being uploaded or slaughtered so far. Anyways, we had friends comment, they got banned, and eventually the vids were taken down. And again, a few weeks later, one of humansrsuperior's vids was uploaded but with 3 scenes in the vid replaced by new material. And one of my vids was uploaded in its entirety. We had more friends leave feedback who got banned as well, again sent messages without a reply and eventually the vids were taken down.... see a pattern here?

Oh, I already traced the IP back to the ISP and the city from where the ISP was used months ago, but that's not really helping.... the ISP wouldn't care about something like that.

Your videos are GORGEOUS!!! I just watched It's All Coming Back To Me and it was AMAZING!! Made me cry and you are so talented and I REALLY hope this doesn't happen to you again *hugs*
