First, my family decided to have their monthly Sunday get together *yet again* on a Sunday that I wasn't home. That's the 6th in a row! I am getting tired of always being the one who has to sit out on the family lunches. I haven't seen my nephew since June because of that. I feel like they always schedule according to my sister's weekend schedule so she can attend and I am the one who has to sit out. I am the *only one* who ever had to miss a lunch. Something wrong there, ain't it?

So it started Monday afternoon when my mom called me just to tell me again "nephew did this, nephew did that, and he's grown so much and yada yada yada." I actually yelled at my mom and told her thanks for not considering my schedule for the 6th time in a row and that I last saw nephew in June and then I smashed the received down. Pretty lame.... but I really was hurt. So basically my day went downhill from that point on. I endulged myself by watching a couple horror movies and the first part of Tin Man. Really enjoyed Tin Man and I am looking forward to the rest (how many parts are there?) Plus, I caught myself comparing Zooey Deschanel to her older sister. Honestly, you can see so much of Emily Deschanel in her. Even their voice and how they talk is quite similar! At some point I felt like, look, it's Bones in OZ! LMAO.

Well anyway, to make it worse - I came down with a fever. Yay me! I thought it might have gotten better today but it didn't. Woke up for class, still ran a fever, ditched class and went back to bed. Crawled out of bed two hours later, still feverish. Called co-worker if she could fill in for me at work this afternoon. Well, co-worker has morning shift. Other two co-workers have classes. Yay me. So I have to trot to work later. *sigh* And just because I can't call boss because I know he will tell me that if I can't find someone to replace me, I have to go in. Yay us for having quit already. And sueing him.

I hope I'll be still alive later on.
