My London/Edinburgh trip

I received part of my trip itinerary for my trip to Britain today. I don't know a lot more than I knew before expect that I have to be at the train station by 6am (AUGH!). I also received a list of clothes I need to bring for my official meeting (and I don't own a frelling dress! I am not gonna go buy one now, yeesh!). What made me go *facepalm* was the additional itinerary I received with my regular university itinerary. Read: they expect me to play tour guide one afternoon for a bunch of high school students on a school trip. SAY WHAT? So I got this list about places to go and things to tell them about... among them the London Blitz (Are you my Mummy???? :D) and William Howarth - which I totally read as William Hogwarts and then had to think about the comment starlightmoonla  made the other day about going to see track 9 3/4 LOL

I am just reading up on Hogarth and keep thinking - can I not just bring my DW DVDs and show that those PLEASE? I mean, London Blitz and all and then this Hogwarts guy is from Chiswick! If they expect me to go to Chiswick with the teens, I am gonna go on a Donna Noble tour! For sure! Alas, they only want me to take the kids to Leicester Square and point at the bust....

Dragon Cave friends: Split for swap?

Anyone willing to swap female splits with me? This is a John Barrowman offpsring which turned out female..... I'd like to swap her for another split female as I had to re-arrange my splits due to one pair refusing to mate and now she'd end up with John Barrowman as her mate.... uhm, no. So if anyone has a female split that they'd be willing to swap with me for John Barrowman's offspring, I'd be totally happy!

And my trips get better and better.....

I just got the itinerary for the trip to Cologne in November (part of the reason I can't do Burbank *WAIL*). I am booked into the Radisson *blink*blink* They so conveniently left the part in the itinerary where it says how much the hotel is per night *BLINK*BLINK*BLINK*FALLSDEAD* At least the hotel has free wireless internet which totally surprised me given the fact the more expensive the hotels are, the more they charge you for internet. I wonder if that price also includes breakfast..... checking out the prices on the website VS what's on my itinerary, it's most probably with breakfast. So I get home from Scotland, be home for a couple weeks and head out to Cologne. Yay me!
